The four apartments, from 25 to 30m², have a refined decoration and each include a fully equipped kitchenette, a sitting area, a bedroom with premium bedding, a bathroom and separate toilet.

Two of them have the opportunity to be communicating to accommodate 4 people,

A laundry room is accessible on the ground floor. You will find a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board and all the equipment for a toddler (bath, high chair, games, etc ...)

 

Every morning, we propose you a breakfast basket, made with fresh and local products.

 

The fully equipped kitchen allows you, if you wish, to prepare meals unless you prefer to discover the many restaurants in the center of Arras.

 

You can take advantage of our nearby presence (advice, tips, visits, good addresses, services, reservations ...) while maintaining your total independence.
